In this class we will learn techniques for being present within your own body and in the here and now for better play, as well as creating containers for fulfilling scenes.
Through poetic reflection, shadow persona work, kink-informed ritual tools, and energetic excavation, you’ll meet the parts of yourself that dominate, collapse, mask, and burn.
This workshop offers a grounded, embodied, and celebratory approach to sexuality through and beyond menopause. We’ll explore desire shifts, identity transitions, and the physiological and emotional changes that may affect intimacy.
