 A day without a Wicked Grounds. Unimaginable, right?  Unfortunately, staying here for you is an ongoing battle.  On Tuesday, July 17th, we will be closing at 4pm so that all staff and our community can attend a community input meeting for a proposed Starbucks at L7 at 8th and Harrison. We encourage you to take advantage of our being closed for this inconvenient afternoon to speak up for the integrity of the Leather Cultural District and the importance of true community businesses in this space.  Get active. Get involved. Light a candle for Stormy Leather. And get out there to make spaces you believe in.  To attend the Starbucks community input meeting, you must RSVP to Aishleen Spiers at aspiers@bergdavis.com. The meeting will be at the L7 Apartments Community Room at 8th and Harrison from 6:30 – 8pm on Tuesday, July 17th.  Again, WG will be closed starting at 4pm that day so we can focus on attending this meeting.  Want to keep up with the latest about this? Hey there Kinksters June is Pride Month and at Wicked Grounds we’re celebrating! So, we thought it’d be fun to give you our final pledge drive ask video for a little bit with a bit of Pride flair.   I know we’ve been doing a lot of Patreon related video content that you, our subscribers, already know about. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it probably a million times forever, but we’re so thankful for all of you. You’re keeping us going and we’re trying to build a foundation that takes some of the pressure off of…well…everyone. New videos with topics other than Patreon are coming SOON. You’ll want to stay tuned for more updates. Patrons at the Furiosa ($10) and above tier are seeing this goofiness first, before it’s released to the rest of the world!
