Learn simple and easy moves and rules to give a lap dance to any person you choose, with any type of music you like. No dance experience required! We will teach you to make the most of your natural instincts. This is a slow and powerful style of lap dancing that doesn’t require any serious moves and certainly no tricks. This style of lap dancing can be adapted to any type of music you like. We will work a lot on musicality in this class.
We cover how the traditional fundamentals of lap dancing can be easily applied to a huge variety of fun and sexy situations. Lap dancing can be used to showcase the feminine and/or masculine energy of the dancer. With Alexandria’s slow, steady, encouraging, and down to earth teaching style, you’ll be surprised how much you learn without realizing it. One step at a time you’ll be moving on the floor, in the lap, behind the chair, learning smooth transitions and so much more. No dance experience required! (And, of course, if you do have previous dance knowledge, we’ll show you how to incorporate your existing skills into this new context.)
We will also cover the etiquette of receiving a lap dance: when to hold still, when to move, how to sit/stand/etc., when and how to touch the dancer, and how to contribute to a great experience from both in and out of the chair.
No partner required: Individuals, pairs, and more-somes all welcome.
💞 This class is Limited to 24 students to ensure personal attention, space, and time!!!

DO wear at least two layers over your crotch at all times, i.e. underwear and a second layer (or not-flimsy swimwear with two layers built-in is also great), and all nipples are to remain covered at request of the venue.
OPTIONAL 🎶🎵
Prepare some music:
Choose 1-2 songs that you are interested in practicing lap dancing to. Please be able to name the song and the artist during class when it’s time. You want songs that
(A) have a very slow tempo AND
(B) help you feel your body, help you tap into your physicality AND
(C) Please check the full lyrics in advance! Avoid anything with common triggers such as racism, sexism, rape, murder, etc.
Not everyone will get their song picked during class but we try to use as many as possible. You may also “pass” or not raise your hand as needed.
Notes:
