While our relationships with kink are deeply personal and sometimes idiosyncratic, the neuroscience of peak experiences can tell us a lot about what we all have in common. Learning about what happens in our brains when we play can lead to better communication and better scenes.
Together, we’ll explore:
- The four major neurotransmitters behind building a kink headspace
- How and why edgeplay makes even well-planned scenes less predictable
- How to stay in communication before, during, and after each scene
- What to know when negotiating for relationships
- The causes of post-scene drop, and how to deal with drop when it occurs
