This workshop is a practical and affirming guide to navigating the menopause transition. We'll explore how nutrition, exercise, sleep, mindfulness, and self-advocacy can support wellness during this time.
Using both pragmatic and mystical tools, we’ll explore how to ride the waves of your menopause experience consciously and powerfully.
Let’s talk about the basics of energy play in a real and down to earth way to learn how to navigate with, in, and around the flow. We will also discuss some ethical considerations of energy play and exchange. You will leave class with a few new connection exercises to deepen an experience with a partner(s) and the knowledge of how to weave your energies together.
We explore tools for energetic closure, and endings, of exploring our new normal. Where do we go from here?
