Through poetic reflection, shadow persona work, kink-informed ritual tools, and energetic excavation, you’ll meet the parts of yourself that dominate, collapse, mask, and burn.
Let’s talk about the basics of energy play in a real and down to earth way to learn how to navigate with, in, and around the flow. We will also discuss some ethical considerations of energy play and exchange. You will leave class with a few new connection exercises to deepen an experience with a partner(s) and the knowledge of how to weave your energies together.
