ONLINE: Boundaries: Mapping the Self in Community with HG Wyndell

Clear boundaries support our personal clarity and our relationships with others. They help identify our most rooted needs, values, and desires. However, our culture doesn’t always provide good models for setting healthy boundaries that serve us and our relationships. Great boundaries allow us to make more room for what we really want.

In this class, we will explore:

• The values and benefits of clear boundaries
• Exercises to explore our relationship with boundaries
• How to reclaim your boundaries while being inclusive, open, and receptive to change
• Using boundaries to set limits and build trust
• Boundaries in the domains of our life: relationships, personal, privacy, work, etc.
• Using personal boundaries to prepare for kink negotiations
• And taking accountability and impact for miscommunications and consent collisions

After the class, you will receive a set of exercises and journaling prompts to further explore your own boundaries based on what you’ve learned.

PRESENTER:

HG Wyndell is an activist, educator, and Spiritworker who is driven to facilitate accessible ritual spaces for folks seeking access to more deeply nourishing relationships with themselves and others. They are committed to living life through a lens of wonder, and in our experience, they don’t mess around when it comes to embracing the complex beingness of whoever is blessed to be in their presence and consideration. They weave their lived experiences with intentional relationship, genuine gender expression, ceremony, creative arts, chronic illness, and embracing pleasure seamlessly with a whole lot of love and a good bit of magic into the rich curriculum they offer.
