No experience needed! \nALL bodies\, ALL genders\, all orientations\, all adult ages\, all ethnicities! YOU are welcome as you are. You don’t have to be skinny or feminine to have fun and feel sexy! \nErotic Movement is all the amazing sensuous movement used by pole dancers between tricks\, burlesque/boylesque performers\, pop stars\, and go-go dancers everywhere! It is easily adapted to express your personal style\, your mood\, any type of music\, and any body. \nWe focus on rhythm\, floor work\, improvisation\, personal expression\, building confidence\, and intentionality. Bring your questions\, goals\, concerns\, curiosity\, and desires! \nThis is a body-positive\, sex-positive\, safe\, welcoming\, environment. Class is three hours long\, including warm up and cool down\, dancing and talking \nInfo for Students: \nBe prepared to dance barefoot. (No shoes are allowed in the studio space.) Please bring a bottle of water for yourself. Her repertoire includes pole for all bodies\, ballet for real life\, belly dance\, floorwork\, high heels dancing\, lap dancing\, Flexibility 4 Life\, salsa\, merengue\, bachata\, cha-cha\, east coast swing\, social waltz\, feminine sensual movement\, rhythm training\, body confidence\, non-verbal communication\, and more.
