However\, you are welcome to book for only the portion of the day that feels most valuable to you! \nHow to Dungeon in Heels (10am – 1pm)\nDo you have high heels looking dusty in your closet? Do you see other people in heels when you go out and think\, I wish that was me? It’s time to strap in y’all! This class will get you feeling comfortable for all that the world might throw at you when you take on life in glorious high heels. \nEveryone is welcome\, from beginners to more experienced folks looking to level up. All Bodies\, All Ages\, All Genders! \nKink parties and dungeons can be fun and fabulous but they are often NOT high heel friendly. Let’s get you ready to face her dangerous beauty with your own. \nYou will gain more confidence with practical key skills like \n\ndifferent types of high heels\, their pros and cons\nstairs\nslopes\, walking uphill and downhill\nturning around\nwalking on carpet\nwalking on uneven/cracked floors/streets\nwalking with speed\ngetting on and off a tall seat (like a barstool)\ngetting in and out of a low seat\ntaking a big step\, such as over a train gap\nchanging clothes\npicking up something off the floor\nweight shifting\, such as for dancing or other movement\nstretches to improve stamina\n\nAnd lots more! \nPrerequisites for morning class: \n\nYou must bring your own heels to wear. If you have extras\, feel free to bring multiple pairs to class\, such as lower heels vs higher\, platforms vs no platform\, straps vs slip-ons\, etc.\n\nHow to Dominate with Heels (1:45pm – 5pm)\nDid you know that high heeled shoes can be one of the best tools for Dominance\, and the focus of the activity\, just like a flogger\, paddle\, or whip?
