We will discuss decision fatigue\, Dom drop\, resentment\, inconsistent capacity\, unrealistic expectations\, and the pressure to be “the stable one” through every demand life places upon you and yours. \nYou will learn ways to communicate boundaries and capacity clearly\, receive support\, and build systems that involve submissive partners in maintaining the relationship they are also part of. What happens after things go wrong\, and a consent incident shakes up a person\, a couple\, or a community? \nThis class will briefly touch on what consent is and how to secure it – then go beyond and examine how to best react when a consent incident touches us. Let’s consider how we handle it as a stranger\, a friend\, or an event host. We’ll look at some recommended responses including caring for the harmed\, incident reporting\, and consequences such as apologies\, punishments\, and restorative justice. \nPRESENTER: \nSir-Panda (he/him) is a polyamorous Dominant living in the Kansas City metro area. He has been a kink educator since he began teaching consent and BDSM basics at Seattle’s Center for Sex Positive Culture (CSPC) in 2011.
