DESCRIPTION:One day\, two workshops! \nThose interested in learning both the conditioning it takes to prevent injury and learn enticing movement should plan to stay for the full day. \nWe will not have time allotted for much stretching and warmup during Erotic Movement as a standalone class; we strongly recommend attending for the full day. If you plan to attend only Erotic Movement\, please plan to arrive early and take time before class to get fully warmed up and stretched before we begin. \nFlexibility for Kink \nLike a gorgeous leather jacket can age beautifully or badly depending on how it’s cared for\, stretching our bodies is fundamental to staying healthy. \nBut rarely do we make time to stretch\, and too often we don’t know enough about how to do it. Just like the leather clothes\, boots\, or toys we love\, we want our bodies to be available for fun and thrilling adventures on demand. Both our bodies and our leather thrive best and live longest with regular care and attention\, not just at Folsom but all year round. \nWith roots in yoga\, Pilates\, Feldenkrais\, ballet\, calisthenics\, and more\, this class is my own creation. A relaxing\, gentle\, and holistic experience\, in this class you will discover new stretches and learn new ways to care for your body.
