Using simple concentration, somatic and dance techniques, we explore the internal mind/body connection for Dominants and submissives, nonverbal communication between the leader and follower, and how this works in scenes, 24/7 relationships, and more.
In this workshop, we'll examine the do's and don'ts of effective negotiating communication, how to navigate the scene, ways to identify important traits in compatible play partners, & guide kinksters of all levels!
Queer, trans, and questioning kinksters of all genders and kinky proclivities are welcome!

Let’s talk about the basics of energy play in a real and down to earth way to learn how to navigate with, in, and around the flow. We will also discuss some ethical considerations of energy play and exchange. You will leave class with a few new connection exercises to deepen an experience with a partner(s) and the knowledge of how to weave your energies together.
This workshop will cover types of power dynamics and how to play with them. We will discuss how to create scenes that fulfill your dominance and/or submission fantasies and needs, as well as what style of d/s works for you.
