DESCRIPTION:Many engage in physical “self harm” as a psychosomatic outlet of release when they feel distressed or depressed with no outlet or validation. \nThis class aims to instead redirect real physical self harm into using our tools of BDSM for temporary playful pain. \nJoin former “cutter” turned self sadomasochist\, Lady V\, in redirecting that negative energy into something cathartic\, fun\, & potentially healing. \nWhat is ethical self harm vs self harm? \nEthical self harm is a tool for self regulation without causing further emotional or physical distress.
